thoughts

How much do I look at people to only see resources or productivity? How much do I look at a person's perceived effectiveness and then make a value judgment? Do I ever just treat people and value people for being just that, people. The motivations that move me, how impure they can be.

wow... good thought. "Effectiveness" is often a measure I use to judge myself. But the words of a friend of mine always remind me that "God would rather reach your WHOLE heart, than reach the whole world through you."
